Return Policy

All balloon orders — including Grab & Go Garlands, Balloon Stacks, and Elf on the Shelf Deliveries — are custom-made to order and non-returnable once purchased. Due to the personalized nature of each design, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted unless your order is incorrect upon pickup.

Please inspect your order at the time of pickup and let us know if there is any issue, right away, so we can make it right before you leave with your balloons.
