Because our balloon decor is custom-made for your celebration, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please inspect your order at pickup or delivery, or review your installed decor at completion. Let us know promptly if something is incorrect or damaged so we can address it. This policy does not remove your rights concerning incorrect or defective products or services.
Cancellation and rescheduling requests follow your signed booking agreement and our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
